Use Policy
- Rooms can be reserved for discussions, meetings, or activities related to USG programs.
- Currently enrolled students at USG may make reservations online using the EMS web app.
- Reservations can be made between 3 hours and 1 week in advance.
- All study room monitors/TVs have Air Media, allowing for wireless connection from laptops, tablets, and phones (see PDF below for instructions).
- For devices incompatible with AirMedia, wall plates below the monitors allow connection via HDMI cable (available for loan at the Service Desk).
- IdeaPaint (Room 1200V) and white boards must be used with appropriate dry-erase markers, available for loan at the Service Desk.
- Priddy Library and The Universities at Shady Grove are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Personal items left unattended in a Group Study Room do not hold a reservation, and may be removed.
- Be aware of noise level as rooms are not soundproof and cannot be locked.
- Leave the room clean and tidy, and take your belongings with you at the end of your session.
