We work closely with the federal government and the Society of Human Resource Management to align our courses in the bachelor's degree in human resource management with employers' expectations and required competencies, so we will teach you the exact skills employers tell us they want. You will study management and organization theory, organizational behavior and development approaches, interpersonal skill development, and employment law.
