ACADEMIC ASSISTANCE
The Biological Sciences program is committed to the success of all its students and encourages them to take full advantage of the variety of academic resources that USG has to offer. The Center for Academic Success (CAS) provides students with several academic assistance programs, including reading and writing help, peer tutoring, and guided study sessions. Additionally, CAS offers various workshops on time management, and efficient learning strategies to help students improve their study habits.

PRE-HEALTH ADVISING
Current USG students interested in pursuing a career in a health profession are strongly encouraged to visit the Reed-Yorke Health Professions Advising Office at the College Park Campus for a one-on-one advising appointment to discuss their interests and to learn more about the application process for medical, dental, pharmacy, and a broad range of allied health professional school programs. In addition to advising, this office also offers workshops and other events. One or more of these workshop/events are typically held at USG's campus in the Fall or Spring semester.
