Student Event Board (SEB)
What is the SEB?
The SEB is a student event programming board comprised of current USG students and overseen by the Office of Student Services. Through collaboration, teamwork and dedication SEB sponsors a wide variety of out-of-class events, activities and programs. SEB enhances the overall quality of student life at USG by providing entertaining, educational and cultural programs and events that compliment the learning experience.
SEB Objectives
- To sponsor, integrate, and bring social, cultural, educational, recreational and multicultural activities while constantly evaluating these activities and assessing the needs of the student body
- To encourage widespread participation in these activities and provide opportunities for members and others involved to gain experience in responsibility, leadership, planning and implementation
- To maintain financial stability in order to provide a variety of activities to the student body
- To represent USG at regional and national workshops, conference, or conventions iln student activities and programming
