at Shady Grove!
The Center for Academic Success (CAS) aims to:
- Collaborate with students, faculty, and administrators to build student success
- Offer writing assistance, a variety of workshops, peer tutoring, academic coaching, and vast study skills resources to assist students in reaching their academic and personal goals
- Work with faculty to identify student needs in their courses, to bring study skills and workshops into the classroom, to encourage referrals to the Center, and to consult as needed about best practices for engaging students in the classroom and offering feedback on written assignments.
