1. Collaborates with operating teams to collect data to determine costs of business activities.
2. Analyzes financial cost data and extracts and defines relevant information; makes cost allocations and interprets data for the purpose of determining current and forecasted cost of activities, functions and services.
3. Reviews costs and performs cost benefit analysis related to projects, programs and/or products.
4. Performs moderately complex statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in the various financial systems.
5. Supports product management team with cost information for pricing purposes, develops cost data for proposed service bundles.
6. Develops financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
7. Forecasts the financial impact of business decisions.
8. Recommends cost improvement measures.
9. Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, timekeeping systems, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
10. Assists in the development and publication of monthly financial information.
11. Assists in the annual budgeting and planning process.
12. Provides other ad hoc financial analysis on an as needed basis.

1. Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate activity reports and cost information.
2. Ability to work with large amounts of data, interpret financial records, detect issues, and develop solutions.
3. Experience with database and spreadsheet programs.
4. Experience in the use of financial and accounting information systems, particularly timekeeping systems.
   Ability to perform as an effective individual contributor as well as be able to perform in a team environment.
5. Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience required. MBA, CPA, CFA is helpful, though not required.
6. Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in financial analysis
