Welcome to the wireless network at Shady Grove. This service is offered free of charge to students, faculty, and staff. Students, Faculty and Staff are expected to comply with the Guidelines for the Acceptable Use of Computing Resources.
AIRNET (Secure Wireless)
The Universities at Shady Grove offers a secured wireless network, called AIRNET, which utilizes WPA1 and WPA2 encryption technologies. Please visit our SG III 2nd floor OIT Help Desk to set up your wireless device for secured access. We recommend all students, faculty and staff make use of our secured wireless network.
Attention All Users
*The wireless (AIRNET) password is updated on a per-semester basis.. To receive the password for accessing the wireless network, please visit OIT on the 2nd floor of building III room 2101.
Wireless Printing
For your added convenience wireless printing is available outside the OIT helpdesk in SG III, 2nd Floor.

Hotspots
Wireless service is available throughout the campus. Hotspots are designated areas for public use that are enhanced to provide our visitors with the best possible wireless signal.
