The Universities at Shady Grove hosted its 2012 USG Community Day celebration on Saturday, Sept. 22. More than 4,000 area residents of all ages came out to explore the campus, and to enjoy a wide variety of exhibits, activities, educational presentations, food offerings, and entertainment. “We are so proud of the important role USG plays in our community and we’re excited that so many people had the opportunity to experience first-hand all that USG has to offer,” said Dr. Stewart Edelstein, Executive Director of USG.
