- For instructions to do so, visit Course Reserves for College Park Faculty. Faculty will first need to request course space in Blackboard/ELMS. Faculty will need to log into Blackboard/ELMS and then activate the course reserves before submitting their request.
- By submitting their request through Blackboard/ELMS, faculty will be able to track the status of their request and receive e-mail notices when new reserve items become available.
When to Submit a Course Reserves Request
Please submit course reserves requests and a copy of the syllabi to the library at least two-weeks before classes begin.
Your request will be processed in the order in which it is received. The heavy demand at the beginning of the semester and the availability of materials may delay the processing of your request. For materials not in the library collection, library staff will need time to order them, which can take months. Materials that are already on loan to patrons will cause further delay in processing.
