Pete Rogers is currently the Vice President & Deputy for Lockheed Martin Business Process Solutions. This organization offers full-spectrum business process management and outsourcing solutions. Generating annual revenue in excess of $1B, major clients include the Federal Aviation Agency, Customs and Immigration Service, the Transportation Security Agency, Internal Revenue Service and the National Institute of Health.

 

Mr. Rogers is a proven leader. He joined the corporation in 1982 as a software engineer. Throughout his 25-year career with the company, Pete has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility across Lockheed Martin in the areas of program management, strategic planning, business development, and business area management. He has successfully managed contracts domestically and abroad, with commercial, military and civil clients.

 

Prior to serving as Vice President and Deputy for Business Process Solutions, Mr. Rogers served as the Vice President of Advanced Programs and was responsible for the identification and development of new solutions for new customers with a focus on growing Lockheed Martin���s health information technology capabilities.

A native of Maryland, Mr. Rogers served in the United States Army Reserve and as a Russian linguist for the U.S. Department of Defense. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University.

 

Mr. Rogers and his wife, Debra, live in Brookeville, Md., and have three daughters, Amy, Erica and Rita.
