Billing
Upon enrolling for courses, TU students will be sent a bill providing an itemized account of monies due for that semester. Students should forward payment in the form of check, money order, or credit card (we accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover) made payable to Towson University.

Undergraduate Students
- Students who attend the Towson University undergraduate programs at the Universities at Shady Grove pay the regular Towson tuition and reduced fees. Full-time undergraduate students are assessed a $395 flat mandatory university fee, and are excluded from paying the technology fee and student government association fee.
- Students in the undergraduate Elementary Education Special Education program will also be required to pay an overload surcharge of $40 per credit over 15 credits during any semester they take over 15 credits (fall and spring of year three).
- All undergraduate students will be required to pay a student teaching fee during the last semester (spring of year 4).
