In an effort to support future generations of USG students, Kendall Alumni have established a scholarship for working students. Kendall Alumni Scholarship for Working Students will provide up to two students scholarships, one in the fall semester and one in the spring semester by the Universities at Shady Grove Scholarship Selection Committee with a minimum award of $500.
The criteria for the Kendall Alumni Scholarship for Working Students will be that:
- 3.0 GPA or above: Exceptions can be made with an outstanding recommendation from a teacher/supervisor/volunteer coordinator.
- Currently working at least part time (15-20 hours or more).
- Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester.
- Have performed community service within the last two years.
- Cannot be a current Kendall Scholar.

Camille & Clifford Kendall Endowed Scholarship/USG Kendall Scholars Program
Clifford Kendall, a member of the Shady Grove Board of Advisors, and his wife Camille, have donated funds to the USM Foundation with the intention of providing at least twenty annual scholarships (by 2012) for students enrolled in programs at USG. Candidates must be juniors or senior students enrolled in a program at USG. USG Kendall Scholars are required to participate in a mentor/mentee program.

Clifford & Camille Kendall Montgomery College/USG Endowed Scholarship
Clifford Kendall and his wife Camille have donated funds to the Montgomery College Foundation as a means to provide tuition support to students with both need and academic potential. Recipients begin their studies at MC and complete their baccalaureate degree at USG.
