Biography:
Dr. Todd received her Doctor of Public Health in Community Health Sciences, Maternal and Child Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She was a senior research evaluator for the Federal Government's Department of Health and Human Services for about ten years, working on issues including women's health, emergency preparedness, substance abuse, and primary care. Additionally she has experience working for state and local governments, as well as working as an advocate for health focused non-profit agencies.
