Request a Table

Tables are requested by filling out the form below. All tables are designated in Building I, II and III. There are five locations available in Building III, two locations in Building II, and one location in Building I. All are available on a first come first serve basis and final approval from Student Services if applicable.

In order to ensure our best possible service, please be sure to submit requests at leaste 72 hours ahead of time. Requests received after that time may not be honored. All table requests are scheduled from 8 am - 5pm. Special arrangements outside this time frame must be noted in the "Additional comments" portion of the form below.

Table cleanup is the sole responsibility of the company/organization. All items must be removed at the end of the specified time listed below.

All food items to be sold must be listed in the "additional notes" and are subject to approval.

  • No cooking is allowed.
  • No moving the furniture.
  • Two chairs per table
  • All items must be removed by the scheduled end time.
