Melissa Marquez has been working for Conference & Event Services for 4 years. She comes with 20 years experience in conference coordination, customer service and business operation, which enables her perform her duties as an Event Coordinator. She thoroughly enjoys working with clients and finding the best ways to meet their event needs. She looks forward to working with clients to find the right rental space for a successful event.

Chhaya has worked in the USG Executive Director’s Office and has gained useful experience which is currently contributing to her role as the Front Desk Office Manager for Conference & Event Services. Chhaya has earned her Bachelors degree in Computer Sci. and Information System Management , from New Jersey City University and University of Maryland University College respectively.
Chhaya supports all administrative duties of clients, and other services like processing of documents and contracts, responding to customer inquiries through e-mail, phone or walk-in. Be assured that Chhaya will provide superior customer service to meet your event needs.
Rafiq Khan – Event Specialist
Having come originally to the center as a Security Guard for two years, Rafiq has three years of experience with the Conference Center as an Event Specialist. He is in charge of A/V equipment arrangements and advanced set-ups. He acts as the on-site contact for event needs from the technical to the general.
