The USG Conference Center contains everything for a successful meeting. From classroom space to dining, all of your needs are provided for on campus, which means no lost travel time! This unique environment encourages the learning process throughout the day and helps to keep your meeting on schedule. We also provide catering and Café services for added convenience; and on site Copy center for your event print needs from business cards to briefing materials.

Conference and Event Services is contained within three facilities located on 50 acres at the intersection of Darnestown and Shady Grove Roads, with access to meeting space totaling 300,000 square feet.  Leading the “Green” initiative, we have rooms available for rent in our LEED® certified Camille Kendall Academic Center.  All of our buildings have classrooms with computers and wireless internet access, vending machines, easily accessible restrooms and free parking for all attendees. Additionally, we have a well stocked bookstore and a 20,000 sf. Public research library. Our event planners provide planning, set-up, and technical support for over 1,000 events per year, and have a combined 29 years of services in event management at Shady Grove.
